Merchandise coordinator
- Direct support for Founder & Director of Merchandising
- Manage entire production team: Production Assistant, Pre-Production Assistant, Showroom Assistant, Technical Designer, & Creative Designer.
- Advance leadership skills and overall knowledge of production using all resources available including Head of Accounts and Founder as well as production team members
- Coordinate Production departments following duties and responsibilities to production team as you seem fit
- Send all factory PO's
- Organize shipment dates
- Factory Communication
- Schedule Production Calls
- Start development threads with factory
- Client Meetings
- Make moodboards
- Approve all Production Details
- Track Development notes
- Revise / Approve tech packs
- Organize design calls/notes
- Send techpacks/art to factory
